If you really want to lose your soul in a hurry, start loaning out money at a 500% interest rate. Come on people that rate is WAY too expensive for people to pay off. Guaranteed high risk personal loans are outside the reach of any regular person so honestly, I don't see how they could possible be a good idea for anyone.
If you're in a huge bind, and you don't have any family that you can borrow from, I guess you can go into the corner payday store and take out a loan with 500% interest.
